  Hi Veena,

  Thank you so much for the hard work you put into the classes. As a beginner, should I start with the 30 Day Take Off or Pole Beginner, please? Cheers

  I would recommend doing the 30 day take off. It gives a gives an order to the beginner lessons.

  Yes, the take off is a great place to start.
