Frustrating times happen
Story time: This past week I’ve started working out for real after months of kinda just doing what I like here and there. You know what? I’m out of shape. I know it LOOKS like moves are easy but… with the exception of creating new live lessons for you guys. I’ve just done what comes easily and that isn’t how we grow! *Sigh*
This morning I thought I would do some pike dead lifts from TG handstand…couldn’t do ONE! 😠I thought, “how about a few shoulder mounts.” NOPE I could almost dead lift one on each side but that took all my energy. 😴 Here’s the one that shocked me the most. I decided to do leg hook side crunches. OMG my right side was so much weaker than my left I could only do 7 on the right!
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know the struggle is real even if you’re a professional. 💜
