This weeks VIP plan is all about improving Body Waves. If you feel stiff and want to become more fluid this plan is for you! Body waves strengthen your core, improve spinal mobility and let’s face it, they’re sexy, fun and great for all levels! You don’t even need a pole to work on them. Remember you can add these lessons to an existing program or use them all together, 3 times a week as a workout sessions.
