Reverse Grab Pain
I’ve been working on getting over my fear of the reverse grab and actually pushed off several times. I also practiced the one handed chair before trying the reverse grab to learn how my body should swing.
I noticed that once you push off you get some pain in your shoulder as you swing around the pole. Am I simply holding on too tight because I don’t know what I’m doing which is causing the pain in the shoulder? I know all the weight is on the one arm so lots of pressure on the shoulder so I’m guessing that in time the pain will cease. Correct?
