Problem with X-Pole
I am trying to get some technical support for my TG pole. I’ve had it for a while now and never had any issues putting it up/down.
However, I took it down a few weeks ago to move into a new property and had to buy an extension for it. I tried to put it up in the new property, but now there seems to be an issue with the turning mechanism on the A-pole.
When twisting it to extend, the red line is not moving, it seems to be stuck, and instead, the spin/static part of the pole is twisting off. I don’t know how to fix it as both these parts of the pole twist the same way to extend/come off, so it’s impossible for me to be able to extend the pole now and use it.
Any advice from anyone that might have had a similar issue :'(?

Hmmm I’m not sure how to trouble shoot that. I hope xpole gets back to you soon! Have you checked that all of the hex screws are loosened so you can twist it? Maybe some are tight and some are not so the wrong thing is moving?
