Hellooo Everyone!
Hi everyone! I am Kortnee, 23 and from Utah! I started poling about 3months ago and feel like my progress is really sloooow! I have learned basic spins and climbs. I am just working on inverts and shoulder mounts as of now, and wow it is tough! I just had a question to those who use Veena’s lessons, Have they helped you a lot? I am debating on buying the lessons. I’d just like to hear feedback from others. Thank you so much! =)

I dont know how strong you are yet but I think you should work on inverts and getn much stronger before you try shoulder mount. Perhaps Im wrong but thats the general consensus around here.
I dont have Veena’s lessons because I I have an unpredictable internet connection and I already pay for studio lessons but I WISH I could get them! Veena is an excellent teacher! Her lessons are in order of difficulty so that you know what you should be working on and when. Veena breaks down the moves in a calm, easy to understand way.

This is something I am determined to get better at and I’ll take all the help I can get. and I’ve read nothing but good about her lessons. Thank you guys! I am so glad I found this website! Exactly what I’ve been looking for. Everyone here is so helpful and friendly I’ve noticed after reading through the forums. -
i’m so glad you are getting the lessons! without them, i wouldn’t know anything! lol but really she breaks things down slowly and the lessons go in order from easiest to hardest so you you can just go down the list…easy as pie! i love them and i hope you get as much benefit out of them as i do https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif
