Classes Studio Veena
I am interested in signing up for some classes online through studio veena. I have the video that came with the x-pole but I want something that teaches me stength excerises and go from beginner to advanced. Is that how these lessons work? Do you go through floor work then simple spins and move up?

Yep just click on the lessons tab at the top of the page and you can see them all and how they range from strength excercises to basic spins to the more advanced moves.
Also if you click on ‘Home’ then on the right you can get a free trial of a lesson! Sounds like Veena’s lessons are absolutely perfect for you to learn from at home!

Yup, I agree with the above posts. I use Veenas lessons and I love it.
I bring my laptop in my room, log on and turn on my radio and go for it LOL.

She’s an awesome pole dancer and teacher. Very easy to follow and learn her tricks. Recommend 100% I took a break from pole but I restarted today. I’m going to upgrade my acct for the year plan.
