So excited!
Well I’m new to pole dancing even though I’ve wanted to try it for a while and I am SOO excited that I found this site!!! My roommates and I just got a pole in our house and have been learning some basic spins and holds; we’ve wanted to go to a class but unfortunately we haven’t been able to find one offered in our city so I can’t wait to get started with the videos so we can really learn things the right way!
I will say I knew it was gonna be tough–but WOW my arms are sore already!!!
