Looks like that pole just slots together. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumbdown.gif A quality pole will have threads that connect the pieces so they screw together. The cheap poles that just slide together have problems with the pieces flaring out and spinning around each other. It’s the my sexy pole.
The girl in the pic should symone from youtube. She said the pole is stable but has flex in it. It’s a cross between a Lil Mynx and a peek a boo pole. I’ve not heard of this pole coming down however it can cut you as the pieces slot together like Veena said instead of screwing together seemlessly. Also this pole will not be able to handle as much as a pole that screws the joints together because when it sway the slotted parts can bend.

*sigh* When I get a new camera (dunno when that will be…) I’m so going to make another "Why Peekaboo Sucks" video – except I’ll compare it to my X-Pole and I won’t be constantly tipping the camera sideways in it like I did in my last one lol. And I’ll post that one on YouTube so I can be part of the effort to put the word out against these types of poles…
I still have my Carmen Electra Pole… it’s stuffed under my bed, but at least I can make some good use out of it at this point https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
