ok i was wondering if anyone knew any ways to strengthen my wrists. the pain in my wrist gets pretty bad after a few moves on the pole. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif im hoping its because i have never really worked them this much and they are just really sore.
