    I’m about 5’7". When I stand on my tippy-toes I can touch the ceiling (it’s in my basement and we have a low-suspended ceiling). But on the main floor of my house there’s about 11 inches inbetween my fingertips and the ceiling. Maybe I should look at putting it upstairs, rather than down.
    Would the pole be bad for the hardwood floors? (I’m looking at a 50mm X-Pole)
