It is alot easier than it looks. Surprisingly, I got the bow and arrow the first time I tried it from the thigh hold. Practice it low at first .Grip tight with both hands ,expect a slight drop into the vertical position but hooking of the ankle is the key to the proper gripping and balance. I find it sexier, more sensual and alot easier to slide down the pole slowly in the bow and arrow position than to bend back up to finish. Hope that helps,joni
