I actually have the Idiot’s Guide to Exotic/Pole Dance and the music on the DVD was definitely really annoying and so was the guy when he was getting the lap dance haha….but this was the very first thing I bought after buying my pole and the DVD was a huge help as I had no idea what to do really. I had watched youtube videos but it was easier for me to have someone break down the moves for me. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone beyond a very new beginner but if you’re looking for an inexpensive way to get some sort of direction, it helped me out quite a bit!
