    I have the same problem…and some days I just have ‘off’ days where I have terrible practices and I feel very weak those days also. I find it best when I do heavy poling one day and then take 1-2 days to recover depending on if I’m very sore or not and then do the heavy poling again. I’ve been using the inbetween days to work on easier spins and transition moves…pretty much anything where I don’t do a lot of weight bearing with my arms so they can recover. It’s best to let your muscles rest between workouts so they can repair themselves, if you get back into it too soon they don’t get stronger and we don’t want that!
