Struggling with anchor grip
I’ve been poling for about four months, and anchor grip is my nemesis :’) I’ve tried following the suggestions of all the lovely comments people left on my Reddit post, but it’s still not making sense for me. Is there something else I can try? Or do I just need to keep drilling it until I develop the back muscles I need? Thanks!
