Mantra – I am open to pleasure
Today’s tips: If you feel comfortable with the massages you’ve been doing with me, you can turn on your favorite music or feel good tv and do them on your own. I want you to connect with your body in a positive way, creating an environment that facilitates this is positive reinforcement. Even if you choose to massage with me, I encourage you to add sensory elements such as incense, candles, warmth in the room, low lighting or colored lighting. Enjoy some herbal tea or CBD and THC products if it’s legal where you live. Also a mocktail is a lovely way to enjoy refreshment without the negative side effects! Here’s a link with 30 recipes! Remember though, honor what makes you feel best so if you’re a high energy person, play exciting music, use bold colors and smells.
