    What are some good ways to prepare the lats before workout? I guess to warm up. When I was having issue with my pecs getting very sore you recommended doing the chest ball massage. That has helped a lot and I do it right before working out. Any thoughts on what I can do to keep my lats from getting too sore? Thank you. @Veena

    You’re doing a lot of pulling in the level you’ve started so that’s why you feel it in the lats so much right now. I nice warm up is always good, but you can do things after training that can help too.

    Awesome. Thank you for all the resources. Funny how I just happened to be listening to episode 4 this morning. I was listening to it for the pole bruises. I normally don’t bruise but I did bruise a little last week. I’ll finish listening it.

    Great! A little bruising now and then is normal, excessive bruising should be addressed 🙂
