2010 May Challenge
Ok after a short FB discussion I think we’ll go with SPINS!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif So the May challenge will be a Spins ONLY Challenge. This means NO INVERTS, NO CLIMBS. Yes you can dance and do floor work, but spin your little hearts out. WARNING: Beginners take it easy on the spins, I personally don’t consider most of the spins to be beginner moves so don’t over do it. CHEST UP, SHOULDERS BACK AND DOWN.

Kinda odd question (and probably a bit stupid LoL) but do you have to be good to post a challenge video? I mean is suposed to be "Look how awesome I am! I am the best!" because if thats the case I may wait a few months (or years LoL). I really dont want to look like a complete idiot but I want to put up some vids for constructive criticism and to track my progress! Thanks in advance!
I also ditto Skittles question! Is spinning "cheating"? LoL!

@ KikiGeneres I don’t mean to speak on behalf of everyone on this site, but I think I’m safe to assure you that we are a supportive community here! We would love to see your May challenge no matter what level of dancer you currently are. =) Positivity and constructive criticism are a key attribute of everyone I’ve met on here, and you are in good company. I hope that you will give the challenge a try and put up lots more videos too! Beware, though, as with everything pole-related it gets rather addicting once you get started. Haha!

cool..i like this one….i love spinny work. are we allowed to use spinning pole at veena or just on stationary?
