  21-Day Meditation Challenge !?

  Anyone else doing the chopracentermeditation.com Oprah & Deepak 21 Day Meditation Challenge?

  It’s coming at a good time for me (post-mini-meltdown)

  It was suppose to start 10/31, but each day is available for an additional 5 days, so you can still start day 1 for another day I guess. I just did day 2 today.

  Anyway I just thought I’d share.
