It is day 16 for me and I have only taken 2 (maybe 3) days off in that time. I figured pole dancing is like strength training and your muscles need to recoup… although experts say you should strength train every other day… whoops! I mean I have always been able to do a cr@p load of sit-ups but I never got "tight". After a day or two of pole dancing my lower belly pooch was lifted. That is the best way I can describe it. I’m addicted and I am trying to enroll all my friends.
So anyways I tried taking a video yesterday but it was so darn hot. I was cursing up a storm so I convinced the hubby to get an AC unit. What a difference it makes! I was worried I would not be able to pole dance for the rest of the summer. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif
Dance practice video- trying to actually pole DANCE and not just do a move over and over again.
First Invert – I practiced this move a couple of times right before I taped it. Today was my very first day at attempting an invert. I want to be patient and do things right but my little devil told me to try it out. I was actually able to practice my invert for quite a while before I tired out.
