This weekend I’m sending out an email with links to 3 self care routines to help you reconnect with your beautiful self after the long holiday.

If you took your pole down for the holidays or don’t have access to a pole, a pole isn’t required for the walking mediation or flowmotion routine, and if you are in need of a good massage my foam roller tutorials similarly don’t require a pole.
