3 ways to use Studioveena.com
On social media I’m only posting general tips. These are not full length tutorials, and they’re not meant for people to use as a way of training on their own.
Studioveena.com was created to provide an education 🎓in Pole dance, which means there’s tons of information and direction including a distinct starting point for new folks, with or without access to a pole! With all of the videos and options it can be tough to know what to work on. Hopefully this breakdown of the three ways to use the website will help!
Below I’ve listed the three different ways you can practice at home using my website.
1. Self-guided – For those of you who want to plan your own pole sessions. To do this simply start at the very beginning of any section as I have placed everything in progressive order to help you build a strong foundation. 2. Instructor planned – For those who don’t want to plan anything! 30 day programs or VIP plans are part of this option. To choose the right program or plan for you simply watch the first video listed. Many but not all of the videos in the programs are presented as voiceovers and they have multiple angles, static and spin instructions, close-up views, and several different videos to watch through to complete the program for each day. 3. Instructor guided – For those who would like a classroom setting! This is my newest addition called Veena’s classroom! Here you’ll find I workout right along with you, in one long format video.
