The daily schedule lists V Sit. I watched the YouTube video and cannot figure out what a V Sit is. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

The v-sit is actually leg lifts. I believe she says it somewhere in the video but all you need to do is the same number with each leg. So 5 v-sits would be 5 left leg lifts and 5 right leg lifts.

Hi! when it says “2 left kneetuck”, “2 right knee tuck”, it means only 2 repetitions or 2 sets?
