    I don’t think you have a weird shape!

    I won’t be posting my before photos, I got quite a large belly and don’t think anyone would really want to be looking at that. But I will be taking photos for myself so I can see the difference πŸ™‚

    Kate I do planks with my students a lot so I’ve obviously built it up without realising!! With my more advanced students we do a 30sec plank followed by a shorter 15sec one AND I have 5 classes a week so I’ve had lots of practice lol!!!

    @kate92 I have that same dip! Mine are even more pronounced than the drawings. You are gorgeous, and you look anything but massive. Embrace the dip!

    Day 1 55 seconds. Day 30 says 355 seconds!! This should be interesting!

    Ok…day 1 done 30sec. Day 30 should be 330 sec!

    I like the idea. Count me in. I just did my first challenge. I’m at 50 seconds. Day 30 should be 350 seconds. OMG. πŸ˜› I’ll work on it.

    Do you do a forearm plank or a straight arm plank? I always thought it was supposed to be on the forearms but lately been seeing people do it with hands on the floor and arms straight… What’s the correct form?

    In the meantime, I’m taking pictures for my own record.

    Drinking my coffee and trying to wake up enough to do my 71 sec. today.

    I don’t think my belly is very interesting right now, but I will post my before and afters when we are all done if there is something to show!

    In the mean time… Some inspiration.

    ronibmoses2731, I do mine on my forearms like in the pictures above… except I put my palms on the floor (like the picture on the app) so not in a fist….because I feel more comfortable on my palms, and the weight feels more evenly distributed on my forearms.

    Yep, on forearms is the correct plank position. Harder than on your hands too so it’s a better workout.

    It was 2mins 34 seconds 😭
    Who would have thought 20 seconds extra would be so hard!!!
