omg, day 2 and only 87sec…i’m hurting so bad?!?! daughter is still finding it so funny that mommy is a bridge to crawl under, but stupidly decided to start the leg lift challenge at the same tine :os gah

Day 2… 83 seconds, and omg I didn’t think I was going to be able to hold the last 14 seconds, oouuucchhhh hahaha

I have to do 94 seconds today. I am actually going to die. Didn’t have the energy to do it this morning so the little reminder is just sitting there like a gremlin waiting for when I get home from work. :'(

Kate, you just have to make sure to stay engaged in the core. Sometimes I worry so much about being straight or not having my butt up in the air that I let my butt/belly drop or sag. This is really hard on the lower back! So make sure to stay solid through the core!
I had a rest day yesterday. And I have my 91 seconds to do later. Feeling intimidated for sure.

Okay, my back was all good for about a minute and then the last 30 seconds I screwed up and had to drop to my knees and reposition before carrying on 🙁 so I didn’t technically complete it, not without stopping – but I ticked that I did, and then did some extra afterwards after watching this video which has some pretty helpful tips: http://youtu.be/5yINhpMNPfY
Feel a bit like I cheated but I’m going to carry on because I do feel like I’m getting results, even tiny ones! -
Day 3… 103 seconds, I thought I was going to die :/ it’s soo gunna be worth it though 🙂

Whew today was hard! I had to drop my knees for a second today in the middle of my 111 sec. Im pretty sore from yesterdays flagging and stuff, so that may be part of it.
I also put that I completed the day… I have 2 more opportunities to do 111 sec. if I’m not able to get it I may drop it down to easy. :/

Thx Kate92, I’m starting today n will post pix and pretext later today.

Allysonkendal my thoughts exactly, I’ve got one more chance to do 93 seconds and if I can’t make it this time I’ll drop to easy. I watched a video on reducing back pain in the plank and it said something about tucking your pelvis, pushing forward and into the floor with your arms and backwards with your feet so you’re really solid. Will give it a go!
And yay great to hear more people are joining ^_^ let’s keep going ladies, even if we have to drop down or mess up a day, it’s way better than nothing!
