There’s a pic here, and if you look on YouTube there are tutorials. It REALLY works your core – I can hardly hold one (weakling!). At pole class, the instructor uses it as part of our warm up. I find it much harder than plank, but easier on my back. There are probably lots of other good core exercises too that could replace plank – this just popped into my mind because it seems pretty effective. You could still use the challenge app and its timings, just subbing the plank for this or another exercise of your choice 🙂

Ohh I know this one!! It’s in a yoga DVD I have and they call it ‘the boat’ 🙂 might give it a go!

Well I am going to try this and Here is my BellyBump Before pic. hopefully it will inspire someone.
We set up a pool,I am getting my pole fitness room setup.
I am motivated to make some changes in my body, I just want to loose weight, get in shape and get some energy back.
Right now I weigh 180 and I am 4’11” that is over 60 pounds overweight. Hopefully soon I can post some great after pics. Or at least some great half way there pics. -
Kate92 the App 30DAYS is it a phone App? I cant seem to find it.

What’s wrong with me?!? I downloaded the app, I can’t seem to operate it?!? It doesn’t do anything. What am I doing wrong??? I did however stop watch my plank and stopped at 1:30… Please help me work the app

Audrey, the app I’m using is “30 Days” by OwenTech from the Google Play store. I think it might be a different one to what everyone else is using because it doesn’t have levels of difficulty. It’s really clear/easy to use though!

Ok- this is upsetting to me.. I’ve downloaded the app., I’ve restarted my phone.. I get to the plank challenge part.. Hit the difficulty level.. It goes to a blank PLANK screen. I’ve tapped every part of the screen and nothing happens.

CloSmo – thanks! I found the difficulty level now I know where to look 🙂 Apparently I’m on medium. Had I realised sooner, it would have been set to easy!! -
Yep, for things like that I’d recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I’m doing the bridge challenge as well, and goodness it makes your butt muscles feel it! I’m only did 42 last night but it’s working them!

Is if wrong/unsafe to want to do ALL OF THE CHALLENGES? Cept calf raises and burpee
