    So, um, yeah, I did a Zumba toning class tinight.  Not sure any of you ahve done one of those but you have a choice of 1 or 2.5 lb weights.  I did the class with 1s before and did not feel much…the 2.5s kicked my butt!!  Needless to say, I do not see any pole hold in my future for tonight.

    DAY 1 last night ! Lmao. Did my my own full bdy thing using the squats n leg lifts (ouch) did the shoulder workout along w some flys. Let’s just say I’m glad today’s a rest day. And all the electricity went out in my house, so tonight candle light

    I know I’m a bit behind, but I did day 1 this evening :-). Question though for non beginners – are you doing your pole practices afterwards on the days that have conditioning? I would like to fit in flexibility training and my usual pole practices. Any suggestions of how I can do all 3 – 30 days, tricks practice, and flexy training?

    go to the home page, at the top it should say 30 day take off. click on that. Hope that helps.

    I’m.a beginner but do your pole practices on the conditioning days for difficult tricks and spins. Do flex training on some of the rejuvenation days along with transition / floor work. That’s wat I’ve been doing. Minus the difficult tricks that I can’t do on the conditioning days I add a full bdy workout, when my body allows. Lol. I spend like 2 – 3 hrs everyday. O_o but I have nothing else to do…

    I have been LOVING the 30 day take off videos. It's been so helpful to have the structure. I made it to day 8, and then got sick! That was Wednesday, and I'm still sick. It's soooooo hard not to dance, I feel like I'm gonna go crazy lol. Before I got sick, I noticed a huge improvement in my pole dance from this program. I tend to do this thing where I workout for 5 hours one day, and then don't work out at all for like 6 days, etc, it's just very spordaic usually cause I'm busy with work stuff. Which is partly why my progress is very slooooow. But having a clear plan of what to work on and the little videos every day halped me stay on track. I've also been incorporating other workouts to the workout days, mostly s factor DVD & vids from another site geared towards belly dancers, that has a lot of yoga and pilates-type conditioning videos. Anyways just came here to say that I love this program and can't WAIT till I'm not sick anymore!

    I am planning on restarting next week.  It was a bad time for me to start with knowing I was going to be travelling.  Silly me.

    I am going to join in the fun 🙂 Been babying a bruised elbow/forearm, stupid remodeling… Always a good time to do a refresher. I need structure to make me revisit the basics and I def need to. Everyone knows it is tough to keep up with all the stuff you want and my basics are rusty. Being able to iron x is not too impressive if everything else, the bulk of the dance, is sloppy. I have already been working on my goal of opposite sides.. but need to get on the next one… back to basics! With this system I may actually keep on track. Thanks Veena, wish me luck! *excited*

    Hey, I've been a member for a while but haven't been on the site much in about 6 or 8 months. SO, this may sound like a stupid question but, where is the 30 Day Take Off located as far as daily task, tips, etc.? Thanks ya'll! I look forward to getting to know you all better and improve my pole skills!!

    Welcome back PoleFeline 😀 If you go in to lessons, its the first that comes up, and then you can just click "see all" and start from day 1 🙂

    hi everyone! I am starting the 30 day challenge tonight after work. I have a pole now and want to do some fun stuff with it without ending up injured so this is great!!!!

    Going to do day 2 today. I need a "rest day" today and did day 1 Monday… Yes I am missing days in the first week but I am going to get back on track. 🙂
