An ab challenge without doing a crunch or sit up. I love you, Veena! 🙂 though i started this in the wrong month. 12 hour days for work til january.

I looked at days one and two and thought’yeah that’s easily doable’ then looked at the end. 50 Supermen?! I’m not sure a month is long enough! Think I’ll have more luck with 50 pole supermen… Guess I’ll have to give a go and see. 🙂

Part of a challenge is actually challenging yourself…in a progressive manner. Give it a go. You might surprise yourself and do more than 50 superman. 🙂

And even if you can’t complete that many by the end…you will still have the ability to continue working on it past the 30 days. Just focus on doing however many you can until you are able to do them all and push beyond.

Lol that is a lot when you hit the end, but as mentioned no need to feel you have to complete it. 😉

I found it Veena! Thanks for the direction during the Periscope session today. I really need this and love the idea of doing it in heels!! Will make it way more fun!
