30 day programme
Posted by AliPali on January 19, 2014 at 2:36 amHi all, I am going to start Veena’s 30 day programme tomorrow. Just got a couple of questions.. firstly i noticed that the warm up was at the end of the conditioning, surely you should do this before hand? Also has anyone followed the programme? And if so what are you thoughts on it? It looks great!!

The very first video is the introduction to the program, the tasks for that day are not to physically do anything, but rather, to watch and listen, familiarizing yourself with the way the lessons are placed, by watching and reading the descriptions for each “getting started” Lesson. The warm up is there as an example for you to watch, then you’ll have a better idea of what you’ll be doing tomorrow. 😊

I recently signed up for the lessons. The introduction video came up but when I tried to play it it said I did not have access. I thought I should give it some time that maybe there was a lag between being able to view the video and recognizing that I had paid. I was able to get to the first set of videos and had the same question about the warm up being last. Thanks for answering that question but how do I get back to the introduction video? Thanks

MD5677 you have access, I have just tested it. Could you go to the Lessons section and try watching a video and if you continue to have issues please email me and let me know.

I’ll clarify, the 30 day program is a section in the lessons.
Are you trying to get to the first video you see when you signed up? That would be the “getting started” lesson https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4dd006a7-c45c-4c1e-b6b6-4a870ac37250
OR are you trying to get to the first day of the 30 day Take off program? https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/50d407f6-6738-46d9-bca7-32260ac37250

Thanks for the quick responses. I was talking about the getting started video. I will go back to the lessons and see what happens. Thanks again.

Okay all I had to do was tap on the beginner bar. Duh! Thanks for the help. Looking forward to getting started!
