Some of you may know for the past 30 days, I’ve been sharing strength training exercises on my Instagram and FB page. I decided to put all of the exercises together in a quick video for you. These ideas can be used to add strengthening into your pole workouts or they can be used for cross training off the pole and to help you over come a plateau.
Pole dance on it’s own is a fantastic workout, but I’ve seen a number of people looking for off pole training too, I hope you enjoy! Please feel free to share this with your pole friends.
