I will also say I love the Pure Splits DVD! I felt it a LOT in my hips the next day, which never happened when I would stretch before. I also got into an oversplit easily on my good side on my second session of the DVD.

I have all 4… I haven't been through ANY of them more than once. The stretching ones are pretty good I suppose but honestly I prefer to do Veena's stretching routine or strectch during a jam. The other 2 are useless to me. I hate pausing and working on the moves on my own and I will never watch them enough to have them memorized so… Also I have to agree, I didn't pick up much that I couldn't pick up from watching her videos online. That being said if you truly need BASIC instruction on movement and floorwork I am sure you will find some great reference points. 🙂

I have the Floorwork one. I love it. But then again I'm obsessed with Alethea so merely watching is enjoyment enough for me. Are the moves possible? Most likely not, but they are inspiring and enough to give you some filler ideas if your style is similar to hers.

If your one of those die-hard need to learn new crazy moves pole ninjas, then pass. You'd be better off watching her via YouTube.

There are some times when the camera man is like ALL. UP. IN. HER. OVARIES–Tiffany's too. I'm like "pan out" a bit so I can see the move. She does move qulckly through everything but overall the dvd's are ok. For floorwork Alethea is boss. For splits and pole stuff, I prefer Veena's lessons…..she has a better teaching quality.

I just watched the floorwork one. Although she goes throught he moves quickly, she has a bunch packed in there. I think it's a good DVD to learn new floor moves and get ideas. I still have to watch the other one…

Just got them today, zoomed through really fast but looks good. I guess if i had a sexy body like that i would be telling the camera man to zoom in on my privates! Damnn, i love her little boobs too….wish i never got my implants. BUT at least my big boobs balance out the bigger (but saggy) booty I have.

I got my DVDs today too and am looking at them now! I was hoping for lots of the leg variations that she does in Floorwork and found those crazy legs. :3

I just did the splits for pole and liked it, but it was hard! I love how Veena uses the foam roller so i will use some of each lessons. As for those crazy leg moves, cant wait to try…..probably throw out my hip at my age! Damn it, i wish i was starting this journey when i was 20.

I tried the 45s from her floorwork DVD, but my hips just won't let me do it. I haven't gotten my hips to quit snapping yet, so streddle moves actually hurt!
