AEIRAL SILK TRAINING DVD
So, one of the local dance club that my husband and I frequent to installed a silk aeiral rope. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif I tried it and it was so much fun. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif I was able to use my pole skill to climb up separate the 2 fabrics, wrap my lower legs around the fabric and invert. Also, did several poses like the gemini and scorpio. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_razz.gif I found it a great compliment to pole conditioning. I found a circus studio downtown, quite far for me to go on a regular basis, that has classes and sell the fabric.So now you know what I want for christmas installed in my house. I will probably take a few private lessons to get me started but they don’t sell any instructional dvd. Yes I bought all 3 level DVDs from http://www.circusaerials.com. It’s a great start but if anyone knows of anymore please let me know?

OMG I so love the aerial silk. I came across a gym that uses it in their yoga. I am so interested in that. Unfortunately the only place in my immediate area that does aerial silk classes is a Ballet school and they only offer if for young students…grrrr. However, I was looking for a place to buy the silks and try to install it my home so I can do the aerial yoga….I just joined an aerial group but the classes are based in baltimore md…thats a 60+mile hike. But Im so interested in the the trapeze classes as well.

Got this website from someone….don’t remember who. Their prices for silks seem pretty reasonable.
