How do you train to do the one handed pull ups? I love seeing that. We actually got to do those drops at a recent workshop and my teacher has taught us all of those tricks too:) Makes me proud of my instructorhttps://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

I tried one of those pull ups yesterday, what can I say??requires loads of strenghth!!I thought I tore one muscle,freaking hard

Something to work towards, ladies. Something to work towards 😉 I’ve been working on those spinning pole ups. I’m able to do it maybe 3-5 times…but she’s insane. I have a hard time keeping my body totally straight so that’s my challenge for now. Baby steps!!
