ART OF POLE QUESTION

hi guys! so im planning on ordering the art of pole before june 16 ( thats when the sale is over) anyways I placed my order and I selected regular air mail. because It was 50 bucks cheaper then the other option. just wondering if any of you other ladies chose this option and it was all good…. it says that its not responsible if something happens and air australia loses it or something, but it said my address dosent have the option for the extra insurance and tracking! UGH!! i put it through so its a risk if it dosent come through, but im hoping it will all work for the best the whole series with the regular air shipping to canada cost 101 dollars. You will be fine. I ordered mine quite some time ago and I think did regular shipping. If I remember correctly it was here in days.

Ya don’t worry about it. I was pretty concerned when I chose that same option and it arrived no problem in just a few days!

Colette: Yes. Go to the site (http://www.artofpole.com) and subscribe to their newsletter. They should send you the discount code via email.

I’m very disappointed to report that I ordered the entire set of The Art of Pole over five weeks ago. I received an email invoice stating that it was shipped from Austrailia on June 7. I did not pay the extra monies for tracking and/or insurance. I’ve been emailing the company but it appears, at this point, that my only recourse is to wait longer and then dispute the charges to my Visa card if the order does not come within another couple of weeks. My advice? Pay the extra fee for tracking and insurance. I wish I would have now.

Just a follow-up to report that the A/P company worked with me to replace the dvd set that I did not receive from my original order. They were forthcoming with communication and I appreciate the fact that we came to a good conclusion to the matter. I love this DVD set!
