A no pole newbie here
Just wanna tell you ladies and a few guys, you all are awesome. Love watching your videos. Inspired me to start conditioning, strenthening, and flexibily training until until September. Remodeling the house. Until then I’m doing the splits and back routine on Monday’s to start, then doing weights, ballet cardio five days with one day rest. I just got my foam roller too! Love the fact that everyone is so supportive and positive. Look forward to posting my first video. Any tips ? I know to only stretch one to two days a week but should use foam roller everyday after workouts
