What is the best exercise I can add to the pole strength routine to strengthen my core? Abs? Does knee tucks and pole holds help with core? Should I be doing crunches or scissor kicks? Desperate to get my core stronger ! Any tips? TIA

The pole strength routine is a complete workout an so yes, the tucks will strengthen the abdominals. If you want more do the Hard Core warm up, it’s a 5 minute routine focusing on core. https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/50bf696c-332c-43be-8cce-433a0ac37250

If you want to know what muscle groups are strengthened or stretched you’ll find that info in the description for each lesson. 😉

I use various types of fitness programs to help with pole. Here is an awesome site for workouts. She even has specific body areas. I would def listen to her video for beginners! I am a crossfitter so a lot if this was normal to me but for a beginner it may be intense. http://www.lovingfit.com

The 10 Day Abs and Core Challenge of the http://www.lovingfit.com site is excellent!! Thank you for sharing this, SkylerWither!

The basic abs workout for pole in this video is also very good: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3I81e9nS_K8
