Advanced Level 3 Program!
This is a really fun program as I’ll introduce you to Twisted grip, Cartwheel and Handspring mounts! Here’s what else you’ll work on.
Just like the other Advanced programs, level 3 has also been split into 4 weeks (7 day blocks) Each week we’ll focus on different Tricks, Spins and Flexibility! You’ll need resistance bands, foam roller a peanut or tennis ball and a fit ball! Having the program split into weeks will allow you to come back and focus on groups of tricks anytime, without needing to do the whole program. Week 1: Shoulder Mounts, Janeiro, Chest and Back Strength and Mobility. Week2: Bow and Arrow, Brass Monkey, Tsunami, Splits. Week 3: Ayesha, Straight Edge, Shoulder Mount, Handstands and Shoulder strength. Week 4: Dragons Tail, Cartwheel, Twisted Grip and Handspring mounts, Splits and Core.
