I was going to try aysha last night (as well as some others) but no matter what I did I couldnt get a good grip The room was warm, I used the usual windex and towel, washed hands ect, but even moves i am pretty comfortable with (scorpio) I didnt feel secure with the grip I am going to try again sunday as is 1 year anniverary of poling https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

Pole-twista- i found the tips that lola and branquinha gave to be very helpful, like doing a high caterpillar and the magic finger (lol that sounds funny). Also, don’t forget your advice about rubbing your skin with hot water ( i did this when i felt like arm was too dry to get a good grip). And make sure to try both the forearm and the elbow grip, and alternate which arm you use on top or bottom so you can find which comb. of arm and grip is most secure for you. thanks for all the tips can’t wait til sunday to try want to try today as have day off (worked til 8am) but have gotten so little sleep this week my eyes hurt never mind the rest of me I am emailing sony today as I made yet another trip to best buy ( i am 1 determined chick i AM going to post a vid with this GOD forsaken camera) and was told this time ( i have got 7 diffrent answers so far) that I probably wont find a usb cable to fit my camera and my best bet is to conatct sony to see if i can order 1 dirertly fine hope that works) so I have been taping practice sessions and a few dances I will be taping my 1 yr. ann. session so can eventually post am also looking into a laptop if anyone can recommend something afforadable ($500 or less) and user friendly dont need anything fancy just needs to have a cd drive well again thanks for the advice! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif
