    Has anybody gained strength just by poling alone ? And any advice to nail holding my pole V I can’t Even hold myself up in a pencil I really don’t want to go to the gym though , my strength has improved I can do some more intermediate moves but seems like my pencil and v just arnt getting any better ?

    Absolutely! ✨The lessons here have tons of options for both on and off pole training and conditioning, including several 20-30 minute routines! All lessons are placed in a progessive order allowing you to build strength and a technical foundation! 💜

    I’ve only ever done pole, really (although I’ve done the occasional ab workout under duress with friends…). I still can’t really pencil as well as I would like to, tbh, even though I’m advanced now (I’ve only been poling for like 8 months though so I know it’s going to take longer to build all of the strength!) and can do stuff like ayeshas. And my straddle inverts are TERRIBLE if I forget to practice them for a couple of weeks… It’s pretty frustrating, but I figure the strength *is* building and I just gotta not get stressed about it.
