Crystal– i also wanted to share with you incase you havent heard— Body in Pole in New York does livestream classes on a stream network called Mfeo.tv
They have a bunch of pole classes but actually just did a lyra choreography class.
You can play it on demand for 20$ or so.
It’s a full class with warm up and all.
It might be worth it for your lyra practice.
