Afraid to fall down
Hello. My name is Anna, I’m 35 years old and have poledanced for three months in a poledanceclass and I have had my own pole at home for a month. (I am from Sweden I can add so my spelling and som choice of words might a bit wrong sometimes) Anyway, in my class we where tougt on our seventh lesson to go upsidedown on thé pole(basic invert?), go down in handstand and role down on one shouler to thé floor. And I am stuck! Everyone can do it and they are moving forward and Learning more tricks. I can do the basic invert but I am to afraid to let go of my hands.Tomorrow it is my nineth lesson and I am about to quit and I am so sad becuse I really loved it up til now. (and I have payed a lot of money for the classes) Eventually I will problably get it but I think my lack of previus danceexperience and my age at starting poledance is making it slower for me to learn this. What would you do?? Thankful for all tips and opinions.
Have a great day! Greetings from a sunny Sweden.
