  Alma is back!

  Soooo, I went on a haitus for about six months 😣😣. I was in between school and house hunting so I never had a chance to dance. Not to mention the pole was in my bedroom and I was living with friends in another city. Well, all of that aside, I put the pole up yesterday! I feel like a limp noodle trying to start again, but I will get there! Excited to be back in the best pole community! 😁😁😏

  Welcome back!!! I’ve added some new programs to the site in addition to the Take off! You might want to check them out! Find them in the Nailed it section of the lessons. 💜

  Welcome back! My pole will soon also be in my bedroom, but I’ll be starting again as well, come mid-August! we can be limp noodles together 😉
