  Aloha from Hawaii!

  Hi All!

  I have been lurking on here for a bit, scoping things out and decided maybe I should post 🙂

  I have known about SV for a while, but finally joined to RSVP for the USPDF pole jam. Should have way sooner, as this website is a fantastic reference to all things pole, and a great testament to the beautiful personalities of the women interacting here! There is so much inspiration available in such a neat package, it's insane.

  I have been active in poling for a couple of years, but then in the last 2 years or so, I have really dropped it, mostly due to issues with having my own pole available.  I have been trying to fill that void with aerial arts, with focus on dance trapeze and tissu. I love pole though, its where I started, and I want more than anything else to get back into it.  Because I thought having a my own pole was difficult, until I started the trapeze and tissu!

  So thank you lovely ladies!  Let the inspiration begin!

  I know I run the risk of sounding like a stalker, but I wanted to relate this story:

  I remember watching your vids on youtube, totally enthralled by your style and talent. I actually send a vid of yours to my teacher and said (this is a true story and can even be collaborated!) "I want to dance like her."

  yogabeachbabe… you just made my day!  Seriously!  I am really flattered that you enjoy my videos so much. When I was poling regularly, I worked hard and loved doing it, but was very hypercritical of every little last thing I would see myself doing. Talk about losing the forest for the trees! So Thank you Thank you!
