I’m also a newbie, got my pole for a month now.. just uploaded my first vid here <3
I’ve no lessons.. but I’m so thankful for all the youtube videos, so I can study on my ownmy neighbour’s sis (she’s two years old) loves my pole so much, she always tells me that she can climb to the top. she’s cute
and well I’m already totally addicted to this kind of sport.

Hi, Effy, you’ve done a great job teaching yourself. Be sure to consider Veena’s Lessons, so you learn the technique to prevent injury?

yeah I want to get Veenas Lessons, there are some problems with my mother’s visa card to pay something what is not in euro xD there are some problems with ordering my new pole too! >.<
