So I'm not sure if this question has already been asked somewhere… I haven't looked through all the threads. But I just have a quick question!

I want to get a foam roller but I was just wondering about sizes.

I will probably get mine from the Running Room (anyone in Canada might be familiar with these stores, not sure if they are in other countries) but I'm open to suggestions if someone has a link to one they really are happy with.

I was wondering if it makes a difference to have the longer or shorter foam roller? I've been leaning towards the shorter one because I travel a lot for school and I feel like it would be easier to bring with me if it was shorter.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

The longer rollers can be more versatile, you can use them for exercising as well as stretching, but if you would like to take it with and plan on using it for just stretching, a small one would be fine! I like this one, http://amzn.to/iYqzP8

    Thanks Veena!

The link you posted isn't working for me… is there maybe a typo in it?

i bought a short one thinking it would be more convenient but now that im using it i realize a longer one would only help.  my short one seems to roll away from me when i get to using it.  I figure a longer one would give you more to work with plus you would spend less time adjusting.
