Any Canadian pole studios out there?
Hi guys, I’m going to be in Canada for 3 weeks in September – mainly Banff, Vancouver and Calgary. Although our holiday is looking pretty full, I want to get maybe just one pole session in whilst I’m away because I can’t handle 3 weeks without it! Also I like trying new places to see what they can teach me. Can anyone recommend any places out there that would take a one-off visiting student?

You’re going to see a lot of beautiful places! You should check out Tantra Fitness when you’re in Vancouver. I had a private lesson from Tammy Morris in May and she was great! Even after I accidentally stole her Dry Hands haha! Also a great opportunity to learn some exotic/floor work, because she’s one of the best when it comes to that. But if not, she most definitely has some great tricks.

I’ve never been there myself. But pole junkies has 3 studios in Alberta, Edmonton and Calgary I believe. Enjoy your trip it is a beautiful area. 🙂

Aradia Fitness is in Calgary as well, although I don’t think Banff has much for pole studios. It’s more about it’s hotsprings, shopping and hiking. Have an awesome trip while you’re here 🙂

I agree to check out Tantra in Vancouver! I’m up in Edmonton at Aradia Fitness so if you make it that far check us out! Otherwise in Calgary there is Fierce Girl Fitness, Pole Junkies, Strut Fitness, Ascension Fitness 🙂

Thanks guys! I’ll have a look at all of them and hopefully can fit in a class, I’m super excited about the holiday even without any pole time. My floorwork is pretty average so a private with Tammy might be a good idea… plus my boyfriend might not mind if I desert him as long as I can dance like her afterwards…..!!
