I run to, i started on boxing day and ran for 10 mins! i hated it. I persevered and hated it for probably about 3 months but now i run 8-10k 3-4 times a week. Theres nothing like that amazing feeling after a good run. I complete my splits stretches after running, have actually increased flexibility in the legs through running. built up stamina.
