Anyone else going to start the 30day take off soon?
Posted by natascha2114 on July 24, 2021 at 12:10 pmSo my pole is set up and I’m going to start the 30day programme soon.
If anyone is thinking about starting too, we could start together and become distance workout buddys ðŸ˜

I’m working through the 30 day take off as a strength and conditioning workout guide coming back from a break in pole training. I’ve done up to Day 9 but I only do a couple days a week so you’ll catch up and pass me quickly. I’m pairing the workouts from 30 day take off with the 30 day spin pole program to add something new and fun!

Sounds great.
I’m totally new to pole dancing. I’m finishing my last days of the No pole programme and will start with 1st of August with the take off programme.

Awesome! I hope you are enjoying the no pole program. Veena’s programs are so well put together. This site was my main learning method when I started pole about 12 years ago, and I keep coming back.
I recently got a new pole (my 3rd one now, lol) with a smaller diameter (40mm instead of 45mm) and it has improved my grip so much. I’m working on learning some proper spin pole techniques and hopefully more advanced poses that I couldn’t get before because of grip problems. I’ll post a video here next time I practice to share what I’m working on. 😀

Yes, I’m really enjoying the program. I think it is really well structured. I can’t wait starting the next program. ðŸ˜

I’m a few days behind my plan. My baby didn’t let me go to workout while she’s asleep. 😆 she just wanted to cuddle for so long that I fell asleep too.
But that’s ok. She is growing so fast. Can’t believe she is already 7 months old. 🥰

I hear you! My days rarely go to plan and the workout seems to be the thing that gets shoved aside. I got back on my pole on Wednesday did the Day 10 workout from the 30 Day take off and then moved on to my spinning pole work.
Some clips from today’s spin pole practice.

Starting the 30 day soon! Buddy friendly, if anyone is starting and wants to keep up with one another ☺ï¸

So I decided to start today ðŸ˜
Didn’t get to finish the No-pole program. But I can’t walk past my pole everyday not starting training for another week. 🤣😇I had a great achievement yesterday. I got myself out of the pool and it was pretty easy to lift my body out without any dropping back into the water. 😅 May sound silly but it was a moment where I felt like my shoulders and arms must be stronger than they used to be.
-
That’s awesome. More often than not, that’s how you will notice new strength. Not from a new trick necessarily, but an everyday action that you do and think, “hey, that was easy” or “wow, that used to hurt to do that”.
Congrats! -
I love those “I’m really stronger than I thought I was†moments! This place seems pretty cool, nice to be here ☺ï¸

Yeih I just started today. I stayed with only one set today and my legs feel like Pudding already. Felt great to “touch” the pole while working out. 😂
Somehow it wasn’t easy to hold the hip forward for the side leg hook crunch. But I guess it will become easier with more practice.

How is everyone doing?
Had some crazy days. But now my husband has a few days off and can take our baby while I do the workouts. So I started again with day one and will take advantage of my husbands free time. And we had a really good talk about me putting everyone and everything else before doing things for myself. My husband said he wants to change that. So he will spend some time with our baby after work, so I can work out and won’t have to wait until she is asleep at night.
