Anyone ordered an X-Pole from the London office recently?
I’ve ordered mine more than a month ago. When I did, they were out of stock of all the poles (that’s actually the first time I saw that). I’ve contacted customer service, pre-paid for my pole. At first they mentioned they would restock in early/middle February. Then that time passed, so I contacted them again, they said they would restock on 24h, 25th. Yet still no news. I’m still waiting patiently, no hard feelings, I just wondered if maybe someone else is dealing with the same situation or maybe have already received their pole or at least any notice? 🙂

I ordered mine around the 1st – it appeared in stock but turned out was not as computer not updated over xmas/new year, so got my money back and orderer through an official x pole stockist on ebay (after A LOT of research/looking at reviews to make sure it was in fact real). At the time they said to me early feb BUT then there warehouse got flooded damaging a lot of stock etc so i guess that the time got pushed back further…..

Its just not in london but all over.there wharehouse had a flood and are backed up on orders and making poles. They should have order by march April

I haven’t heard anything about the flooding! That is so unfortunate… Megsmith, how did you get your money back?

I just rang them and said i would find one from an official stockist – They where fantastic and sorted the refund there and then and it cleared in 3 days if i remember correctly. Most friendly customer service team I have ever dealt with 🙂

I now tried searching on ebay but can’t seem to find a 45mm TG spinning/stationary 🙁 I saw you are from the UK, did the pole ship from USA? If so, the import charges must have been huge 🙁

Yes im from uk and its was shipped from uk :-)I should of said tis was on the first of jan so a couple of months ago now – I guess since the big back log quite a few people took to ebay official stockist BUT i had a peek on my fav pole website and found this for you http://www.everythingpoledancing.com/product/xpoletg Yes im from uk and its was shipped from uk 🙂

Thank you! Too bad they don’t ship to Lithuania… I guess I’ll have to wait for mine from X-Pole then :/
