    Hi All,

    I was wondering if anyone had ordered from Sweet Vixen (relatively) recently and/or knows what’s going on with them? I ordered something back at the beginning of August when they website was still saying that orders would take 3-4 weeks, I didn’t get my order and the website basically closed down and said they would reopen in November and then they put it back to the new year, but it is still closed down. I emailed twice (once back in November and once a few weeks ago), then tried to contact them through the web site, had no response at all and there is no contact telephone number… Thing is I don’t mind waiting and at first, until the website changed, I was even worried something bad had happened to the lady who runs it… but now it’s just getting annoying that they don’t reply at all and really frustrating, plus worrying that I might have lost my money… :-((( Anyone knows anything or has heard from them? Thanks!

    I’m sorry this has happened to you. I’ve ordered from them in the past (not recently) and not had any trouble. I hope you can at least manage to get your money back.

    Hi dustbunny, I know, I’ve also ordered from them in the past and had no trouble, this is why it’s really odd. Also I don’t mind waiting, if I just got an email saying they are super busy or they are having problems and will try and sort it out at some point, that would be enough to set my mind at peace, but like this it’s just so frustrating…

    Bummer!! Did they charge your card? Some places don’t charge until they ship. I know it’s different for custom orders but… my husband ordered a custom leather jacket from some guy (don’t ask me, there is a huge eye roll happening here on my end) but the guy is booked YEARS out on orders. But he doesn’t charge you until he starts or purchases the materials for your jacket.

    I’d be upset too! Good luck and keep us in the loop!

    I know that a family member of hers is sick and she had to close the store down for now. Will it re open? I don’t know. If you have been charged and have contacted her twice, I would contact your card you used. But, I doubt you will be getting that order because I think she even closed her Ebay down.

    Hi AllysonKendal, yes my card did get charged. Luvlee, thanks for letting me know, at least that makes more sense now. I know she took her facebook down too – I guess in a way I wouldn’t have minded if she just let me know. I will try and contact paypal, but it’s been so long now, I doubt they’d be able to do anything…
